What types of labs have you previously built?

We have done various labs such as Food, Chemical, Textile, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, Micro, Bio, Paint and

more. The lab areas include QA/QC, R&D, Processing, Testing, Wet and Manufacturing.

How do I know if the renovation is going smoothly?

As experienced project managers, we keep an eye on the ongoing renovation and update you on the progress at

every stage of completion. We set up a group chat with everyone involved and send updates of pictures and

messages to ensure everything is on the right track. You will also need to sign and approve for us to move on to

the next step, ensuring your desired outcome.

Will you do hard selling? Please be very honest.

No, it is our policy not to engage in hard selling. Our practice is to lay out everything before signing the contract,

which is why we offer a complimentary preliminary design for you to visualise the whole project.

You’ll see a very detailed design brief which includes:

• The design

• Space Planning

• Permits to apply

• 3D Drawings

• Timeline of the project

• Specialised equipment/rooms including fume hood, exhaust system, air conditioning, fire protection,etc.

• Upfront pricing

So there will not be any hidden costs or hard selling along the way.

Who are the people building the lab?

Through relentless monitoring and structured project management, we go on-site every week to ensure

everything goes as per our project management schedule.
